How Credit Unions are responding in the age of Covid-19

Having undergone significant restructuring over the past decade, we wanted to examine how opinion had changed among Credit Unions both in terms of technological mindset and to assess the key market risks and challenges.

We conducted a survey of 100 Credit Unions in 2019 to gain insight into their world.  However,  in the wake of the pandemic, we wanted to see how this affected the industry and how they are responding in the age of Covid-19. ActionPoint re-surveyed our respondents to identify the new key issues, such as:

  • Security & Compliance
  • Digital Transformation for a Better Future
